To cancel a program in Evalato:
- Go to Settings > Categories and set the status of all categories to Hidden. Doing this will display a message saying “Registration is not active!” in place of the registration form.
- Cancel any existing orders made prior to the cancellation of the program from Registrations, by opening each one to cancel it from Actions > Cancel applications – this way your customers who registered for the program will receive an automatic email notifying them of the cancellation.
- Again use Actions > Payments and remove any payments made for this order. By removing a payment, you don't remove the actual payment - you receive the money from every sale directly in your merchant account with the payment gateway that processes the payment. Payments are removed from the system so you will have the correct sales data for this program.
Important: No amount of money goes through Evalato, removing payments is done so you can have the correct sales data from the program. You receive the money from every sale directly in your merchant account with the payment gateway that processes the payment. To refund a customer go to that merchant account and find the refund option there.
